  • Most of the express shipping are delivered within 5-7 business days. And the standard shipping may take 10-15 days, depending upon the delivery location.

Wholesale, bulk including custom or design orders may take 30-60 days depending upon quantity and location.

  • No, there is no shipping charges. However, if the product has been shipped which is undelivered, then product will return to us. And if you want us to re-ship the product to you, there will be an extra charge based on your delivery location/city. Depending upon the delivery location/city of the customer it may vary slightly which will be informed to you accordingly.
  1. What if I made a purchase using my debit/credit card, and the amount gets charged to my card but the order is not successfully placed?
  • If the payment is approved, your order will be placed. It has never happened that a customer is charged, and the order isn’t processed. However, if it happens, please contact our customer support and confirm your details & order, we will be happy to help you.

  1. What should I do if I receive a damaged/wrong product?
  • Unfortunately, if you have received an incorrect product we apologize for the shame. Please email us at support@gloryebuy.com along with the images of the product, or alternatively you can contact our Customer Support on +351936038822 who will guide you the return/refunding process. Post that we will immediately arrange a pick up and re-ship the correct order.

  • We have 2-days of free basic return/exchange policy from the date of delivery. You should keep the item in original packaging and not use it. Any used products will not be taken back.

  • In order to return the product you can access and fill the easy RETURNS & EXCHANGE REQUEST, mentioned at the bottom of the homepage or alternatively you can also call us on +351936038822 and our returns team will help you with the procedure to get the items/product back to us. The products can be returned only within 4 days from the delivery date. Once we receive the package/items/products, after checking & verifying the same we will exchange the products (if you wish to exchange) or email you the store credit/voucher/gift card to purchase any other product from the website. It takes 7-10 business days to complete the process of refund. Also, the exchange will be done only once against a particular product and after that no exchange or return can be done against the same product.

  • Shipping charge in any case is non-refundable.

  • Yes, and or we issue Gift Card/Store Credit which can be used for any future purchases. Cash/Bank refund is only given (post checking & verification) if the product received is in damaged condition.

  • If the item is out of stock when you try to order then the website will let you know during order processing. In some cases of error if there is wrong order placed, then you will be informed as soon as possible if the item is out of stock.

  • Yes, you can cancel the order within 24 hours of placing your order. We normally ship in stock items the same day. Hence, please inform as soon as possible. If the item is shipped, we will not be able to process the cancellation request.

  • No, all international shipments we do not take it back. We can consider exchanging if the customer ships it back, at his/her own cost. Cost of reverse shipment will not be beared by the company.

If you received a damaged product, we will give you a full refund after we receive genuine proof of refund request for the damaged product. There is no extra warranty associated with the products.
