      2. Establishing Carbon-Free Himalayan Zones with full global visibility or recognition.

VIII. IMPLEMENTATION ROADMAP

Year Key Milestones
2025 The master plan will be finalized, stakeholders will be mobilized, and the e-commerce platform along with mobile applications for Android and iOS will be officially launched.
2026-2028 1. Pilot industries will begin operations, the first textile cluster will be formed, and reforestation programs will be initiated.

2. A leading global e-commerce business will be established through strong and long-term agreements with successful textile manufacturers worldwide.

2029-2032 Glory Arts will expand globally through cultural exhibitions and enhanced market access.
2033-2035 The Himalayan Textile Hub will be inaugurated; complete value chain export units will be set up at various locations across the globe. The full industrial infrastructure including management systems, MIS, quality assurance, design, and skilled teams of technicians and artisans will be fully established.
2036-2040 Carbon-Free Zones will be scaled up, policies will be aligned with eco-tourism models, and international standards and practices will be widely adopted in solidarity with global sustainability efforts.
2041-2045

The Everest Summit will be held with global eco-leaders in attendance; the Himalayas will be declared carbon-free, securing the legacy of the mission.

By 2045, the entire Glory ecosystem will directly benefit between 30,000 to 50,000 small and large entrepreneurs, technicians, skilled workers, assistants, activists, volunteers, and associates worldwide.
